📈 Finance Transformation Analyst

Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week in Mequon, WI

🔍 Position Overview

Join a high-impact team driving the future of Finance. As a Finance Transformation Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we measure success, track progress, and deliver insights across strategic initiatives. You’ll partner with leaders across the business to build dashboards, analyze risks, and ensure our transformation efforts are backed by accurate, timely, and actionable data. This is a unique opportunity to blend financial acumen with project governance and analytics in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain financial and operational reports that track transformation progress and value realization

  • Partner with initiative leads to assess risks, issues, and dependencies across projects

  • Develop dashboards and data models to monitor performance against key metrics

  • Prepare executive summaries, scorecards, and governance updates for senior stakeholders

  • Support the Finance Transformation Management Office (TMO) with reporting routines and timelines

  • Collaborate across Finance, IT, and business units to close data gaps and improve reporting tools

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization

  • Understand and map Finance processes, systems, and data flows to support transformation goals

✅ What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or project management

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • Exposure to ERP/BI tools (Oracle, Hyperion, Tableau, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or PMP in progress

  • 3–4 years of experience in FP&A or transformation-related roles

  • Experience with project governance or business transformation

  • Training or certification in Lean/Six Sigma
