As the Therapy Area (TA) Lead, you will drive the overall strategy and delivery of the marketing initiatives for the brands in your Therapy Area (TA).
What you'll do:
Understand market and analyse data to build responsible therapeutic areas.
Monitor performance & Responsible for the Therapeutic Areas/ Brand revenue, key objectives and KPI.
Ensure A&P budget used within allocation.
Responsible for business update and strategic review.
Coach a team of Brand Managers in Business and Personal Development.
Lead the marketing team to craft, implement and evaluate marketing activities and promotional collaterals in the TA
Review marketing programmes and tactical decisions and implement programme changes to achieve the business objectives
Utilise analysis of market data and identify key segment drivers, growth opportunities and business threats
Collaborate with the cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure full communication and success of marketing plans
KEE engagement and development.
Hire, develop and retain top talents through guidance and mentorship and in championing people development activities
Ensure adherence to processes and regulations in execution plans
Ensure a culture of ethics, integrity, and compliance is embedded in all business practices alongside full accountability for effective oversight and open upward reporting of compliance status in partnership with Global Compliance
Requirements
Your education background is in science and/or marketing and commerce, preferably with an MBA from a top university
You have broad understanding of the commercial, operational and strategic aspects of the pharmaceutical business
You have experience in leading a team with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
At least 10 years of relevant experience within Pharmaceutical industry.
