The Therapeutic Area Partner (TAP) in Israel will deliver results aligned with Oncology brands and company goals, ensuring commercial success through strategic thinking, strong project management, and leveraging previous marketing experience. The TAP will prepare, coordinate, and execute Brand Plan and Tactical Plan, liaising cross-functionally with local teams such as medical, field access, and sales to ensure implementation; lead brand strategy and drive marketing activities across all functions to ensure that results are achieved; stay up-to-date on the product/indication-related data and develop strategy and tactics to effectively communicate the treatment value.
Unsolicited Responses on HCP questions on preregistered products/indication:
Manage and respond to unsolicited off-label inquiries in compliance with regulatory standards and BMS SOPs.
Provide accurate and balanced information regarding off-label uses, ensuring that responses are scientifically sound and aligned with company policies.
Collaborate with medical teams to ensure that off-label communications requiring more comprehensive replies are referred to the medical team. This includes providing initial responses and then directing deeper, more complex inquiries to medical team to respond.
Stay informed about the latest research and developments related to off label uses to provide up-to-date information.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Deliver results aligned with Oncology brands and company goals, ensuring commercial success through strategic thinking, strong project management, and leveraging previous marketing experience.
Brand and Tactical Plan Execution: Prepare, coordinate, and execute Brand Plan and Tactical Plan, liaising cross-functionally with local teams such as medical, field access, and sales to ensure implementation.
Brand Strategy Leadership: Lead brand strategy and drive marketing activities across all functions to achieve desired results.
Market Analysis: Assess and analyze the marketplace to develop a clear understanding of both internal and external environments.
Data Interpretation: Analyze data from various sources to shape brand decisions and develop effective business plans.
Marketing Projects: Engage in marketing projects from start to finish, including company events and congress participation.
Innovative Channels: Leverage innovative channels to target customer segments.
Customer facing: Provide field support and engage with HCPs, seek feedback following Oncology activities to understand customer needs and develop action plans to address these needs.
Relationship Building: Build relationships with all functions impacted on the business environment (internal and external) and be an active member of Brand Team meetings.
Business Environment: Build and maintain a robust business environment for BMS in the Oncology area, collaborating with marketing, medical, and market access teams.
Field Force Support: Actively support the field force to ensure plans are implemented flawlessly and commitments are acted upon.
Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the Medical Advisor to drive strategy.
Market Access Liaison: Liaise with the Market Access team on value, pricing, access stakeholder communications, etc and provide support and insights.
Patient Models and Forecasts: Develop patient models and sales forecasts.
Compliance: Ensure full compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and BMS standards of business conduct and ethics.
Unsolicited Off-Label Responses: Manage and respond to unsolicited off-label inquiries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and BMS SOPs.
Qualifications & Experience:
Life Sciences Degree
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships, build trust and credibility with customers, meet their needs, identify and address their concerns.
Communicate clearly, openly and concisely
Balances multiplicity of demands on role in a responsive, professional manner.
Experience in oncology is preferred.
