Testing Trainee

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Testing Trainee to join our quality assurance team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to learn about product testing processes within a manufacturing environment, contributing to the quality and reliability of our automotive components.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist senior testers in executing various product tests according to established protocols and specifications.
* Document test results accurately and meticulously, including any anomalies or failures observed.
* Support in the preparation of test samples and equipment setup.
* Learn to identify and report defects or inconsistencies in product performance.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand product designs and testing requirements.
* Participate in training sessions to develop a comprehensive understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and industry standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized testing environment.
* Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.

Job Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate or vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., electronics, mechanical, quality assurance) is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
* Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
* Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A strong desire to learn and develop skills in quality assurance and product testing.
* Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, which may involve standing for extended periods or lifting light to moderate weights.
