Your Role

In your daily job you will:

  • Plan and execute reliability and performance tests for automotive electrical components, including LV/HV connectors, Ethernet connectors, and wiring harnesses.
  • Conduct environmental, mechanical, and electrical evaluations in accordance with global automotive standards (e.g., USCAR, VW, and OEM-specific requirements).
  • Verify durability, quality, and functional performance of mass-production parts against customer specifications.
  • Manage laboratory equipment and facilities, including calibration control, preventive maintenance, and laboratory safety compliance.
  • Operate, record, and document test results accurately in alignment with ISO/IEC 17025 (KOLAS) quality system requirements.
  • Prepare test reports and support technical communication with internal stakeholders and customers as needed.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with laboratory procedures, audit requirements, and improvement activities.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in reliability testing or validation of automotive electrical components.
  • Knowledge of global automotive test standards (USCAR, VW, and other OEM standards).
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment operation, calibration, and safety management.
  • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 (KOLAS) quality systems and test documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving capability.
  • Effective communication skills in a cross-functional and customer-facing environment.
  • Fluent in English and Korean (both written and spoken)
