This opportunity in a nutshell

The Territory Account Manager position is highly focused on customer account management and ongoing service, support and sales development with respective accounts. This position primarily focuses on service and selling (additional products, tools and services) to existing accounts with an additional emphasis on new account. This is a direct, customer-facing sales role with responsibility to retain existing revenues and close new revenue opportunities with both existing and new customers.

How you’ll add value

  • Lead effective account management and business development within assigned geographies and sectors, ensuring consistent customer service, technical support, and execution of sales initiatives, including white spot prospecting and sustainability-driven solutions.

  • Track and report account performance by leveraging sales tools and analytics (Sales Funnels, quarterly reports, market share data), providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

  • Strengthen customer relationships through expert application support, customer training, and regular performance reviews to enhance brand value, operational efficiency, and partnership longevity.

  • Deliver sales growth and profitability targets by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and recommending appropriate product and application solutions.

  • Collaborate across functions with Applications, Finance, and Sector Management teams to ensure timely service support, issue resolution, and on-time receivable collection.

What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in wastewater or food & beverage plant operations.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complex information.

  • Day shift role with ~50% field work; weekends off, flexible for on-call duties.

  • Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented, with strong time management, adaptability, and a proactive, positive attitude.
