About the Role


We’re looking for a Temporary Retail Operations Associate to join the Squishable team for a
six-week assignment supporting retail operations across our stores. This role will assist the
Director of Retail and the Retail Operations team with day-to-day operational execution, store
readiness, facilities coordination, and project rollout support during a busy retail season.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who
thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment.


Responsibilities

● Support the Retail Operations team in executing operational initiatives and ensuring
stores are compliant with company standards.
● Act as the first point of contact for retail stores regarding facilities issues, coordinating
with landlords, vendors, and internal partners to ensure timely resolution of maintenance
or repair needs.
● Partner with store teams to ensure timely inventory transfers and shipment receipts.
● Help review store operations processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
● Assist with preparation and coordination for new store openings, relocations, and events.
● Communicate effectively with store and corporate teams to ensure smooth execution of
daily operations.

Qualifications
● 2–3 years of administrative, retail, or operations experience preferred.
● Experience handling or coordinating facilities management tasks (e.g., repairs, vendor
   communication, store maintenance).
● Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office required.
● Able to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
● Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends if needed.

 

Pay for this role starts at $26-$28 an hour
