Plans, monitors and manages projects from initiation through to completion. Utilizes resources, and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. Manages projects to ensure it meets the business requirements, internal or external stakeholders are satisfied and it meets the project plans obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs and timeframes.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Provide adaptable end-user support and training for Tempo Timesheets;
- Maintain master data, add resources, develop teams, and handle projects/subtasks;
- Run regression testing in connection with Jira upgrades;
- Maintain up-to-date user and system documentation;
- Run month-end reporting for Business Control and ensure data accuracy;
- Collaborate closely with the Jira Admin and key participant groups (Business Control, Resource and Project Managers);
- Communicate improvements and process changes to participants.
Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.
Furthermore, you will:
- Daily management and leadership of the project and the project team.
- Provide effective leadership and management controls
- Drive application improvements and automation initiatives.
We expect you to have
- Proven experience supporting enterprise project management tools (Jira)
- Experience in delivering critical business projects with tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Validated dedication to service excellence and user support.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical people
- Strong social skills and attention to detail!
- At least 2-3 years of project management experience
- Positive demeanor and teammate approach
- Ability to establish relationships and collaborate within a global organization.
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field (preferred).

- Demonstrable experience supporting enterprise time tracking or project management tools (e.g., Tempo, Jira, Confluence)
