Your Opportunity:
The Technology – Senior Analyst (MDM) will work with the US based Master Data Management (MDM) team of Roche and support data stewardship and MDM Operations related activities. In this role, you will be expected to work with the stakeholders across various business functions, MDM team and the GATE – India & Costa Rica team. Your role will include providing support in developing insights and strategies that optimize data-related processes, contributing to informed decision-making
Execute Data Stewardship activities and manage Data Change Requests (DCRs) related to Healthcare Master Data, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Perform advanced record matching and merging to maintain a high-quality, deduplicated Master Data environment
Validate and verify newly onboarded datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with defined data standards and business rules
Analyze, maintain, and optimize Master Data records, including Health Care Professionals (HCPs), Health Care Organizations (HCOs), Payers / Managed Care, and their Affiliations
Contribute to the development of scalable and flexible data governance frameworks to enhance efficiency in Master Data Management (MDM), data integration, taxonomy design, and analytics enablement
Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams to capture data requirements and deliver timely, reliable, and actionable information
Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver relevant information
Comprehend stakeholder requirements, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage day-to-day responsibilities, including liaising with MDM teams and coordinating with GATE team
Synthesize insights and prepare data-driven recommendations for process improvements, presenting findings to senior leadership as needed
Who You Are:
You holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or other technical disciplines; a background in Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences domains is a plus. Preferably, you have a Master's degree
With 4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Stewardship, Data Analysis, or Master Data Management (MDM) operations, preferably within the Pharma, Life Sciences, or Biotech industry
Proven expertise in working with Reltio MDM Hub, including:Data validation,Match and merge rule configuration and Workflow design and lifecycle automation (LCA)
Working knowledge of leading MDM and CRM platforms such as Reltio MDM,Informatica MDM, Salesforce, Veeva CRM and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS is a strong advantage
Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL, with practical knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python or PySpark
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make informed decisions with minimal supervision
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a high-paced, dynamic environment while consistently meeting deadlines
