Technology Project Manager 3
As a Technology Project Manager 3, you will be responsible for assisting the Office of the CTO execute large, enterprise-wide programs and provide leadership on multiple projects in an agile environment at our Costa Mesa, CA office.
What You’ll Do:
Every day, you will manage technical projects of medium to large scale. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, in an agile environment, to:
- You’ll define project scope
- You’ll build and maintain project schedules
- You’ll identify risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
- You’ll manage project issues to ensure they are being addressed by the appropriate people/teams
- You’ll facilitate communication between multiple product teams
- You’ll track project progress
- You’ll prepare and deliver project status to executive stakeholders
- You’ll develop and maintain project artifacts
- You’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of our overall project management discipline
What You’ll Need:
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- You have a proven track record of success managing medium to large scale projects of a technical nature (Enterprise Infrastructure, Information Security, Application Development)
- You have the ability to adapt and respond effectively to a changing environment
- You have a strong desire to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with project stakeholders
- You have an inquisitive, problem solving, critical thinking mindset, with high attention to detail
- You have strong analytical and qualitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations that facilitate action

- You have excellent communication skills – both written and oral
- You possess a “can do” work ethic and desire to drive results

The starting pay range for this position is:
$117,600.00 - $156,400.00
Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
