About the role
As a Technology Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering tailored ORM technology solutions that help clients manage operational risks effectively. You will analyze customer requirements and implement technical configurations across the project lifecycle—from design to integration and testing. This includes configuring risk management workflows, integrating data sources, and ensuring system reliability for global enterprise clients supporting their operational safety and compliance.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Perform complex configurations and application modifications to align with client workflows using best practices
Analyze, interpret, and implement customer-specific functional requirements and processes
Gather and document technical specifications in Functional and Technical Design Documents
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to performance, security, networking, and databases, including interpreting logs
Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate technical requirements.

About You
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical or business-related field
1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role involving software implementation and configuration.
Experience translating client requirements into technical configurations
Familiarity with structured implementation processes and experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Skills
Understanding of XML and XSD structure and syntax
Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge; ability to write simple queries
Experience using GitHub or similar version control systems
Understanding and experience with OData APIs, REST, and OAuth
Identity provider integration experience
Ability to interpret logs and troubleshoot technical issues
Exposure to cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS
Familiarity with C# and the .NET Framework is a bonus
Experience with ERP or MMS systems is a bonus
Soft Skills
Ability to analyze and interpret large quantities of information (verbal and written)
Ability to manage and prioritize messages across multiple communication channels (e.g., email, Slack, Teams) daily
Strong communication skills and collaborative approach for working with for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage execution of multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Comfortable working independently on assigned tasks and collaborating within a team
Adaptability to new tools and environments
Strong troubleshooting mindset for complex technical issues
The team
Collaboration is at the core of what we do—you will form a team with other Implementation Consultants, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that make a real impact. At our office in Alphen aan den Rijn, you will work twice a week with your core team of 5 to 6 people coming from all parts of the world.
