About the role
We are looking for a technical writer to join our team and become the voice of our product's documentation. If you have a knack for making complicated things sound simple and enjoy helping people understand how technology works, this might be the perfect role for you.
You will be responsible for two key things: helping our internal teams stay aligned with clear, up-to-date product documentation, and helping our customers succeed by creating helpful content for our support portal support.monnify.com.
