This position will have both regional and local responsibilities.
Regional responsibilities to the Agriculture segment distributors in Spanish-speaking countries of South America, generating business growth for in-can and tank-mix markets.
Local responsibility in Argentina for supporting the growth of in-can direct customers.
Provide technical support needed to aid the rollout of new products and launch packages.
Work with marketing, sales, and technology teams to drive business growth.
Participation in the calls and meetings, providing feedback on requests.
Searching internally for the information to address all customers’ needs.
Basic customers/distributors support related to product portfolio: presenting technologies, providing technical and marketing recommendations.
Assist in training sessions.
Participate in exhibitions/seminars/other events.
Help with organization and sample preparation.
Awareness of current market trends.
This role requires up to 50% travel.
The following are required for the role
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Agronomy; equivalent education and relevant experience will also be considered
Fluent in Spanish and English
Ability to travel locally (Argentina) and regionally (South America)
Commercial and/or development roles on B2B of Ag inputs in Argentina and /or on B2B of raw materials for AG Inputs in Argentina
The following are preferred for the role
Familiarity with the use and application of common raw materials used in the industry
Demonstrated skill in formulation
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a cross-functional team environment with strong customer focus
Able to effectively communicate results clearly and precisely, and document conclusions and recommendations.
