The Position - Technical Service Specialist
This role is based out of Mumbai

As a Senior Technical Service Specialist (based in Mumbai) you will operate in Mumbai & the assigned region which requires a high share of travel (80%) across the assigned region. You are accountable for installation of CoreLab analytical laboratory instruments platforms in order to achieve a high level of service excellence within the region. You are also responsible to contribute to large projects at customer sites and can be seen as the knowledge expert. We are looking for someone eager to learn in a diverse environment, crafting space for co-creation and focus on delivering the best service to our customers and patients.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for installations and commissioning
2. Responsible for call logging and closing
3. Responsible for customer trainings
4. Responsible for breakdown/Preventive maintenance
5. Responsible for 1st Line Application support
6. Management of the IPC Compliance
7. Responsible for the submission of the annual maintenance contract
8. Responsible for payment collection
9. QMS Adherence
10. Reporting – MIS
11. Managing the Team of Contract Engineer (as applicable)
12. Development of Team and Effective People Leadership as proven by
Experience Required: 5 to 8 years in service, troubleshooting. Experience in IVD would be essential
