Technical Sales Specialist / Sales Consultant - Suva

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Fiji team, based at our Suva depot. This is a field-based sales role covering the Fiji region, specialising in rapid-cycle transactions for temporary power, heating & cooling solutions across all sectors.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through high-velocity new business development and repeat business in all environments

  • Responsible for high-volume prospecting, quick site assessments, and building relationships with operational decision-makers

  • Handle opportunities ranging from emergency production support to planned maintenance shutdowns (with typical sales cycles of 2-8 weeks, requiring consistent pipeline maintenance and frequent customer engagement)

  • Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders including plant managers, production engineers, and facility managers

  • Manage multiple concurrent opportunities at different project stages

  • Maintain accurate pricing, SalesForce / CRM data and sales forecasts for high-volume opportunity flow and competitive bidding

  • Incorporate local logistics challenges into contract pricing and lead times

What we’re looking for

  • Proven track record in B2B technical sales with consistent target achievement

  • Success selling in fast-paced environments with time-sensitive client needs

  • Experience with on-site technical assessment and solution configuration

  • History of building relationships with diverse stakeholders in structured organizations

  • Background in manufacturing, industrial processes, or related industries preferred

  • Strong territory planning and strategic approach to market opportunities

  • Demonstrated ability in solution configuration and stakeholder communication

  • Be available for frequent travel, including fortnightly trips to Nadi for 1-2 nights, and travel to other islands
