Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and hiring top technical talent for fast-growing SaaS organizations. You will play a key role in building high-performing teams that drive Hexnode’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and Non Technical requirements and create effective job descriptions.
* Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media).
* Manage end-to-end recruitment predominantly for Non IT Roles.
* Conduct initial technical assessments and coordinate interviews with teams.
* Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
* Utilize ATS and recruitment analytics to track progress and optimize hiring strategies.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience: 5–6 years in recruitment, preferably in SaaS or IT product companies.
* Strong understanding of roles, skills, and terminologies
* Proven ability to source passive candidates using advanced Boolean search and social recruiting techniques.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive hiring targets.
