A bit about your role
The Technology Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of Fixed Wireless Engineering upgrades and optimisation for Wireless Network Termination Devices, ensuring seamless execution of business-as-usual (BAU) migration processes.
This includes defining migration rules, planning engineering candidates and orders, and overseeing delivery in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders such as CNS, Field teams, Customers, and Network partners.
The role is accountable for timely, high-quality, and budget-conscious project execution, while also managing reporting, finance, risks, and issues. Acting as a subject matter expert, the Project Manager supports BAU change assessments, drives process improvements, and fosters team development. Key working relationships span across engineering, field operations, commercial services, finance, logistics, customer delivery, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring coordinated and inclusive project outcomes.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in telecommunications project delivery and network rollouts, with a strong track record of managing complex stakeholder groups and driving business outcomes.
They demonstrate deep technical knowledge across Wireless Core, RAN, and TX technologies, and are confident interpreting network and WNTD performance metrics. With a clear understanding of service activation and assurance processes in Fixed Wireless, they are skilled in resolving issues, adapting to change, and leading cross-functional teams.
The candidate holds recognised project management certification and tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related field and shows strong commercial acumen. They are accountable for managing a variable project budget (typically around $1M), making governance decisions independently, and escalating strategic matters to senior leadership.
