Job Description
- Responsible for managing the implementation of TOS new versions, upgrades and standardizations to terminals
- Responsible for designing solutions using TOS to best meet terminal operational process needs.
- Responsible for managing issues and risks that arise from implementation
- Responsible for managing the Terminal relationship, communicating changes to functionality, and documenting process changes and requirements generated from upgrades
- Responsible for identifying opportunities to standardize configurations and supporting terminals in implementing new standard configurations
- Actively contribute to the execution of the project identified by the Business based on the initiatives from management and ensure that the business applications and solutions are scalable and ready for future expansions
- Proactively engage with the user community to collect information about problem and leads user through diagnostic procedures to determine source of error, for simple problems. More complex problems are referred to supervision
- Assess and help on configurations and maintenance of the TOS, its specific modules and its interfaces
- Assess and help on configurations and maintenance of future versions and releases of the TOS, its specific modules and its interfaces
- Answers inquiries regarding status on resolving generic and specific business TOS problems
- Contribute to the implementation of projects/tasks within the defined scope, time and budget within the OT framework
- Provide inputs and assessment to the implementation of other Application portfolios, aka Billing, TAS, Gate, OCR and other applications when applicable

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

- Good knowledge in standard professional programs (i.e. MS Office, ERP/CMMS systems)

- High discipline – following through on actions and ensuring necessary documentation.
- Ability to motivate and develop employees to create a performance driven organization.
