Technical Product Owner - AI & digital Innovation (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Du entwickelst und kommunizierst eine klare Produktvision und -strategie für AI- und digitale Innovationsthemen – abgeleitet aus den strategischen Zielen von enercity. Dabei erkennst du Trends frühzeitig durch regelmäßige Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen.

• Du verantwortest das Anforderungsmanagement und die Qualitätssicherung: Du erhebst, analysierst und priorisierst Anforderungen, übersetzt sie in User Stories und pflegst das Product Backlog konsequent wertorientiert.

• Darüber hinaus etablierst du Governance-Strukturen im Bereich AI & Digitale Innovation, definierst Richtlinien und Prozesse zur ethischen Nutzung von AI, zur Datenkonformität und zur technischen Qualitätssicherung – und setzt diese wirksam um.

• Du motivierst und begleitest das Entwicklungsteam, setzt klare Ziele, beseitigst Hindernisse und sorgst dafür, dass die Produktvision im operativen Alltag gelebt wird. Dabei förderst du einen agilen, lösungsorientierten Arbeitsstil.

• Als zentrale Schnittstelle zu internen und externen Stakeholdern baust du Vertrauen auf, steuerst Erwartungen klar und löst mögliche Konflikte konstruktiv – für eine erfolgreiche, produktive Zusammenarbeit.

• Du treibst Innovationen aktiv voran, indem du MVPs iterativ entwickelst, Feedback einholst und Lösungen kontinuierlich validierst und weiter optimierst.

• You develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AI and digital innovation topics, derived from enercity’s strategic goals. You conduct regular market and competitive analyses to identify trends early on.

• You are responsible for requirements management and quality assurance: You collect, analyze, and prioritize requirements, translate them into user stories, and continuously maintain the product backlog to maximize value.

• You establish and drive governance topics within AI & Digital Innovation by introducing and implementing guidelines and processes for quality assurance, ethical AI usage, and data compliance.

• You motivate and guide the development team by setting clear goals, removing obstacles, and ensuring focus on implementing the product vision while fostering a solution-oriented, agile working style.

• You act as the interface to internal and external stakeholders, building trust through clear expectation management and resolving conflicts constructively to enable productive collaboration.

• You promote innovation by iteratively developing MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) and using continuous feedback to validate and optimize solutions.

Anforderungen

• Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation.

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner – idealerweise mit Fokus auf digitale Lösungen oder AI-Produkte – bildet die Basis deines professionellen Profils.

• Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio oder vergleichbaren Enterprise-SaaS-Plattformen bringst du ebenfalls mit; idealerweise hast du bereits an Agent- oder Automations-Use-Cases gearbeitet.

• Praxiserprobtes Wissen in Data-Science- und Machine-Learning-Verfahren (Predictive Modeling, Forecasting, Empfehlungssysteme) sowie Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von LLM-/GenAI-Anwendungen.

• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit LLM-Frameworks & SDKs, z. B. LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack oder Semantic Kernel, und kennst agentenbasierte Patterns, RAG-Architekturen und zuverlässiges Knowledge Grounding.

• Context- und Prompt-Engineering gehört zu deinen Stärken: Du optimierst System Instructions, Tool-Nutzung, Message History und das Attention Budget für maximale Agent-Performance.

• Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in MCP, API-First-Design und standardisierten Datenanbindungen sowie ein Grundverständnis von MLOps/LLMOps für den produktiven Betrieb von AI-Anwendungen.

• Governance-Themen sind dir vertraut - von ethischer AI-Nutzung über Daten-Compliance bis hin zu Methoden der Qualitätssicherung in AI-Projekten.

• Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement mit, steuerst Backlogs sicher und begleitest agile Entwicklungsteams erfolgreich durch komplexe Produktzyklen.

• Ein agiles Mindset zeichnet dich aus: Du findest flexible Lösungswege, förderst Innovation und priorisierst pragmatisch.

• Mit deinem starken Stakeholdermanagement moderierst du souverän, harmonisierst unterschiedliche Interessen und schaffst gemeinsame Ausrichtung.

• You come with several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, ideally with a focus on digital solutions or AI-driven products.

• You have solid hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS platforms such as Microsoft 365, Copilot, or Copilot Studio — ideally including agent or automation use cases.

• Your background includes practical work with data science and ML methods, such as predictive modeling, forecasting, and recommender systems, as well as the development of LLM/GenAI applications.
