This role is instrumental in integrating the US Utilities business into the GDS Asset Management Program. What You Will Do:

  • Drive Integration: Contribute to the US Utilities Integration initiative, bringing Enbridge’s acquired US businesses into the GDS management framework.

  • Lead Coordination: Manage and align multiple cross-functional projects to support seamless integration.

  • Ensure Compliance: Guarantee that the Asset Management Program for US Utilities meets enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Strategy development: Define and refine integration strategies that align US Utilities with the GDS Asset Management Program. Ensure these strategies support enterprise standards, regulatory compliance, and enable value-based, risk-informed decision-making throughout the asset lifecycle.

  • Change leadership: Champion change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, standards, and tools. Communicate the vision and benefits of integration clearly, fostering engagement across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Cross-functional integration. Partner in initiatives involving Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Enterprise functions. Facilitate collaboration and alignment across teams to harmonize practices and deliver consistent outcomes.

Who You Are:

  • University degree in Engineering/Applied Science or similar and a minimum of 8 years of related of operations, business, and/or leadership experience.

  • Proven project management and process optimization skills.

  • Experience in strategic planning and execution across multi-jurisdictional operations.

  • Ability to build and articulate long-term strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.

  • Lead large-scale change initiatives with strong business acumen in planning, budgeting, and risk management.

  • Ability to apply regulatory and industry insight to navigate complex issues.

  • Excellent collaborative skills to effectively work across functional, geographic, and cultural boundaries.

  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, including regulators.

  • Excellent communication skills dealing with diverse audiences, including senior leadership, peers, and external partners.

  • Expertise to develop and oversee change management and communication strategies.

  • Proficiency in leading all aspects of complex, multi-project environments with demonstrated skills in process optimization.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities in complex situations.

  • Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments.

Working Conditions:

The position involves business travel up to 20-30%, including air travel within Canada and the U.S., as well as local travel using company vehicles. Requires a high degree of adaptability, with approximately 90% of time spent in an office environment and 10% at operational facilities. Includes exposure to varied weather conditions.

Physical Requirements:

Include but not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 45 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

US only:

Salary ranges from $133,800 to $155,000

  • The plan is fully paid for by Enbridge, with no employee contributions

  • Pay credits are between 4% and 11% of eligible earnings, based on age and service
