Job Description:
As Parsons continues to expand our Water Business Sector across Canada, we are seeking a Technical Director – Water/Wastewater Treatment and Distribution to lead the growth, technical excellence, and client relationships of our municipal water/wastewater infrastructure practice in Eastern Ontario, supporting our Ottawa Office and regional clients.
This senior leadership position focuses on strategic technical direction, client engagement, business development, and mentoring of project teams involved in the planning, design, and delivery of municipal water distribution, water transmission systems, and wastewater treatment and conveyance—including pumping stations, reservoirs, trunk watermains, and system renewals.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor and business leader, guiding multi-disciplinary teams, fostering strong municipal partnerships, and driving Parsons’ continued success in the Ontario water market.
