About the Team
Paradox is transforming how the world hires. As the creator of the first-of-its-kind conversational recruiting platform, we empower organizations to fundamentally reimagine their talent acquisition process.About the Role
As a Technical Integration Consultant, you will be the core technical expert responsible for ensuring Paradox seamlessly integrates with our clients' existing HR and recruiting ecosystems. You will design, build, and maintain robust, high-performance connections between our cloud-based application and crucial client systems.
Key Responsibilities and Impact:
Build, test, and update sophisticated integrations using APIs or Flat File SFTP methods to connect Paradox with various HR/recruiting systems.
Act as the technical liaison and integration expert, engaging with customers, partners, and internal teams to define clear requirements, clarify project scope, and set integration roadmaps.
Engage in technical solution design with customers and internal team by leading meetings
Manage and maintain the API calls library, handling various HTML request types
Actively identify and propose improvements within workflow solutions through research and validation, ensuring alignment to processes.
Resolve support cases from the support team and actively
Mentor Integration Specialists
Ensure continuous, current knowledge of leading integration technologies and industry standards.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in enterprise software integration or technical consulting.
API Mastery: Deep expertise in working with APIs, particularly Web APIs, REST APIs, JSON-RPC, and XML-RPC.
Integration Tooling: Demonstrable experience building integrations in API development platforms such as Postman, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, and/or SoapUI.
Data Structures: Practical experience working with SFTP, Flat Files, JSON, and XML data structures.
Client Engagement: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a client-facing role, comfortable leading sophisticated conversations with both technical and non-technical partners, including senior leaders.
Project Management: Demonstrable ability to own and manage competing priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
Other Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent years of relevant professional experience.
Industry Knowledge: Experience with Talent or HR technology systems (preferred but not required).
