The Technical Analyst - Master Data at our Lilly Corporate Center in Indianapolis, IN, will help lead the vision and delivery of enterprise customer solutions leveraging Reltio Master Data Management (MDM). In this role, you will own the product roadmap for customer data capabilities, ensuring that integrations and data flows within Reltio are robust, compliant, and optimized for business needs. You’ll partner closely with engineering, architecture, and data governance teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance data quality, integrity, and accessibility across the enterprise.
How You Will Succeed:
This position requires strong expertise in MDM platforms (Reltio), data integration strategies, and agile product management practices. Familiarity with SAFe methodologies and enterprise technology frameworks is essential to drive incremental value delivery. Success in this role depends on your ability to translate business requirements into actionable product features, prioritize backlogs, and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders—including tech, business, and external partners—to ensure seamless execution and adoption.
Lead development of data-centric solutions to be used by analytics and business teams
Understand business requirements and effectively translates business needs and process into technical requirements, and vice versa
Consult with internal customers to develop data products & analyses that lead to actionable insights
Work with data from multiple internal and external data sources to create integrated views to be used in driving decisions
Develop expertise of processes and data used by the analytics business functions
Ensure solutions adhere to quality, compliance, Protect Lilly, and Data Usage requirements
Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document complex business and data requirements in global enterprise environments.
Strong grasp of data management principles, including governance, metadata, quality, and master data management (MDM).
Hands-on experience with data tools and ecosystems such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise data technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn raw data into clear, actionable insights.
Demonstrated success in Agile environments, collaborating with product owners, engineers, and QA teams using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Solid background in Information Technology with demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology and business processes
Ability to communicate proactively and effectively with tech and business stakeholders
Positive, service-focused, energetic attitude, and strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology areas (strong learning agility)
Data modeler/data engineering experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering technical solutions and/or projects
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
Familiar with the technical architecture associated with databases and analytics environments and experience working in SQL and/or Python

Experience in applying quality and compliance requirements
Certifications or experience in Agile project delivery, especially Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$64,500 - $151,800Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
