Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
Is accountable for the successful delivery and resolution of major incidents for Client Infrastructure services within a Service Management framework and in line with the agreed standards and service Levels
Delivers technological change across Client Infrastructure services
Provides security, resilience and monitoring of Client Infrastructure services
Oversees the adoption into service of new solutions ensuring operational suitability
Ensures all Client Infrastructure Services are designed, implemented and maintained to the correct architectural and technical best practice specifications
Acts as a key stakeholder in determining whether a new release, affecting service in production, is ready for promotion
Delivers and maintain the Client Infrastructure strategy and service/product roadmap
Provides technical leadership, coaching, mentoring and support for individuals within the Client Infrastructure team to achieve the goals and objectives of their jobs
