The Opportunity:
As a CACI Tech-Enabled Analyst you will design, optimize, and manage data environments supporting Digital ISR workflows. Works alongside developers to containerize tools and streamline production workflows. You will use scripting and workflow automation to reduce latency in operational reporting and output generation. You will integrate data fusion and analytic outputs into containerized environments for mission use. You will produce task and mission-focused outputs in support of SOCAF requirements and PIRs at tactical and strategic levels. Finally, you will produce system enhancements and analytic workflows that align with SOCAF requirements and PIRs across mission environments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain advanced analytical capabilities to support intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) operations across the African Theater.
- Produce system enhancements and analytic workflows that align with SOCAFRICA requirements and PIRs across mission environments.
- Uses scripting and workflow automation to reduce latency in operational reporting and output generation.
- Integrates data fusion and analytic outputs into containerized environments for mission use.
- Produces task and mission-focused outputs in support of SOCAF requirements and PIRs at tactical and strategic levels.
- Work closely with intelligence analysts, operations personnel, and other technical experts to identify data-driven solutions to challenging problems.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current Top Secret SCI clearance.
- Master’s Degree and 3+ years and or Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Tech-Enabled Analyst, (e.g., 5+ years).
- Experience conducting Tech-Enabled techniques in a high-availability and mission-critical environments and familiarity with database migration, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination processes.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and supporting decision-making with actionable intelligence.
- Expertise in using intelligence tools and software, such as: Analyst Notebook, Palantir GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS), Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Ability to manage large datasets and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis
Desired:
- Master’s degree preferred. or 3+ years of Tech-Enabled Analyst work with a focus on applying Tech-Enabled Analyst techniques to real-world problems.
- Experience working with ISR data.
- Familiarity with military intelligence processes and terminology.
- Knowledge of the African Theater and associated geopolitical challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Proven experience in intelligence analysis, preferably within a government, military, or defense-related organization.
- Familiarity with intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination processes.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and supporting decision-making with actionable intelligence.
- Expertise in using intelligence tools and software, such as: Analyst Notebook, Palantir GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS), Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Ability to manage large datasets and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$108,400 - 227,500 USD
