Seeking a career minded and self-driven candidate who would serve in a unique position as Business Analyst for Infrastructure, Operations, and Support organization. The position will have roles on a variety of projects and initiatives that include, but are not limited to, finance/accounting analysis, coordination and support, planning and implementation of technologies, mapping and analyzing business processes, cross-team collaborations, etc.
What You'll Do:
Candidate will be involved in all proposal/demand aspects from start to finish as the Business Analyst including, but not limited to:
Partnering with Project Management Office (PMO), Corporate Planning & Budgeting (CP&B) and Corporate Accounting to ensure projects and expenditures have correct financial funding and appropriate accounting strings
Collaboration with PMO, CP&B and Corporate Accounting to understand, communicate and apply accounting/financial rules utilized for Infrastructure and Network projects and work
Creation, tracking, verification and validation for Purchases (Work Order, Purchase Request, Purchase Order, Invoice, etc.)
Understanding, analyzing, calculating, gathering, reporting and documenting all aspects of Infrastructure and Operations financial landscape
Collaboration with Leadership and Project Manager to create and submit project proposals
Adherence to policies/standards and best practices
Excellent communicator – verbal and written while meeting the needs of the audience
Eliciting and documenting requirements, as is/to be process flows and use cases
Coordination of small to medium size efforts

Preferred Experience/Certifications, but not required:
Experience with Accounting and Finance rules, accounting strings, and triaging of financial issues
Experience with Project BA related tasks
Experience with Waterfall project methodology
Experience with ServiceNow, Excel, PowerPoint, Peoplesoft, Visio
What We're Looking For:
Tech Business Analyst (SG7):
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field of study; Or Associate's degree in computer science or related field of study with 2 years of relevant work experience; Or High school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience.
Experience: In addition to any experience required above, 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
Tech Business Analyst (SG8):
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field of study; Or associate's degree in computer science or related field of study with 2 years of relevant work experience; Or High school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience.
Experience: In addition to any experience required above, 7 years of relevant work experience is required.

Tech Business Analyst (SG8): $96,110 - $124.940
