Salary: £38,755.74
Working Hours: Rotating 12-hour days & nights shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)
Location: Manchester, 456 wellington Road N, Stockport SK4 5AU

The key responsibilities of the role include:
Operating within a variety of complex processes and/or equipment.
Use different skills like mechanical changeovers and machine setup.
Look at data to solve problems and take action.
Work across lines or areas.
Maintaining the high standards of food safety, hygiene, health and safety and housekeeping
Essential Criteria:
Have experience working in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or the food industry.
Have an understanding of good manufacturing practice and safety at work procedures.
Will show a willingness to work in a team environment and own a positive attitude to change.
Stay flexible and work well in a fast-paced environment
Desired Criteria:
An understanding of HACCP systems..
What does the recruitment process consist of?
Assessments – Swift Comprehensive Aptitude assessment along with a Workplace English assessment. These should take around 45– 60 minutes to complete.
Interview – 45-60 minute competency-based interview based on our company values and your experience.
