Position Description

The Team Leader will provide strategic and operational leadership for the delivery of a large-scale, outcomes-based education programme in Lagos State, Nigeria. Responsible for overseeing implementation across both the out-of-school and in-school components, the Team Leader will ensure high-quality delivery, adaptive management, and achievement of results tied to school access, retention, and learning outcomes.
