This position will be based in Seattle, WA supporting a customer site. Relocation assistance is NOT provided.

Discover Impactful Work:
Discover Impactful Work: Leading our Supply Center Specialist Team and improving current operations practices for efficiency. Working with the Specialist Team and eBusiness Teams to support customers on-site product mix optimization, supply center customer expansions, and continued process improvement. Interacting frequently with the Sales team, addressing account-specific needs as required.
A Day in the Life:
Lead a team of on-site Site Specialists supporting key customer locations.
Supervise daily replenishment, disbursement, and stockroom operations, including receiving, put-away, stock rotation, and cycle counts, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
Ensure your team is responsible for supporting channel efforts and campaigns that boost visibility and improve traffic to the Supply Center.
Develop, document, and continuously improve Best Practices, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions to drive consistency and operational excellence.
Utilize internal systems to adhere to established processes and ensure the integrity of accurate data.
Proactively identify and communicate customer concerns or potential issues to operations and sales leadership for timely resolution.
Actively listen to customer feedback and ensure resolution within established service timelines.
Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific, maintaining a positive and customer-focused presence across all interactions.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards for both Thermo Fisher and the customer site.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Keys to Success:
Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
2+ years of people leadership experience.
Prior experience or education in operations management.
Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams.
Experience in the life sciences industry preferred.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach with experience in data mining or database management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong understanding of analytical, operational, and marketing principles with the ability to apply sound judgment within established guidelines.
Proven ability to manage various operational responsibilities with strong business insight.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills to optimally share information across teams and customers.
Ability to work independently on routine assignments and follow detailed guidance for new initiatives.
Consistent track record of identifying process improvements and achieving measurable goals.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Washington is $59,400.00–$89,100.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
