Process Overview*

Managed Implementation provides fulfillment services for clients that purchase Treasury products. Role involves user to manage end to end implementation of treasury products.

Managed Implementation comprises of:

•  Express End to End – This role supports the Implementation of Treasury services from end to end perspective and include steps like: Document review, Filling forms, setting up service

on system of records and Client Communication using group email box.

•                The associate will report to an FLM

•                Understand, interpret and implement the instructions mentioned on Treasury requests sent by sales

•                Manage regular conversations through emails & online chats with onshore & offshore teams

•                Provide resolution to the status requests and queries from internal customers and external client

•                Deliver and manage individual targets and contribute towards process metrics

Responsibilities*

•                Adherence to the SLAs

•                Adhere to the NNTs

Requirements*
