Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical consultants, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality solutions.
Set clear performance objectives, KPIs, and regularly monitor progress to ensure alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and team-building activities to promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
Project Management and Delivery:

Oversee the execution of technical consulting projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer business objectives.
Ensure that the team follows best practices in project management, technical implementation, and delivery, maintaining high standards across all engagements.
Coordinate with clients, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with client expectations.
Resolve any technical challenges or roadblocks during implementation, providing hands-on guidance where necessary.
Technical Expertise and Solution Design:

Act as a technical expert, providing advanced consulting on complex technical solutions and offering recommendations that help clients optimize their systems.
Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements, business objectives, and pain points, tailoring solutions that address specific challenges.
Lead the design and delivery of proof-of-concept (POC) implementations, technical assessments, and workshops that demonstrate the value and capabilities of the solution.
Ensure that the solutions provided are scalable, secure, and meet the customer’s long-term business and technical goals.
Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for technical consulting engagements.
Proactively identify and address any technical issues or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success.
Support sales teams by providing technical input during pre-sales discussions, offering expert guidance on solution fit, implementation considerations, and feasibility.
Deliver regular updates and project reports to clients, ensuring transparency and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure that customer feedback and requirements are communicated and acted upon.
Provide insights into product roadmaps and assist in the development of new features based on feedback and technical needs from clients.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between technical delivery and client expectations, especially during the pre-sales phase.
Quality Assurance and Best Practices:

Ensure that the technical consulting team adheres to best practices for implementation, configuration, and system integration.
Regularly review and improve internal processes, methodologies, and tools to increase team efficiency and improve client outcomes.
Develop and document technical best practices, guidelines, and reusable templates that can streamline future engagements.
Technical Training and Knowledge Sharing:

Facilitate the ongoing development of team members by organizing training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring the team is equipped with the skills needed to tackle emerging challenges.
Act as a subject matter expert within the organization, contributing to the development of internal knowledge resources, technical documentation, and training materials.
Metrics and Reporting:

Track and report on key performance metrics for the technical consulting team, such as project timelines, customer satisfaction, solution adoption, and team performance.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on team activities, project statuses, and client feedback.
Use data and client feedback to continuously evaluate team performance and make recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
Experience:
5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution implementation, or a related technical role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
Strong experience in managing technical projects, leading teams, and delivering complex technical solutions to customers.
In-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services, as well as industry standards and technologies relevant to the solutions being delivered.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications in project management, cloud computing, or technical areas (e.g., AWS, Azure, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
Skills:
Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading and developing a team of technical professionals.
Advanced technical skills and experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing enterprise-level solutions.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, and collaboration software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Salesforce).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing client needs and internal resources.
