About the Team Lead:

MarketStar is looking for a Team Lead to join our sales team based in Dublin! As a Team Lead at MarketStar, you will guide a sales team focused on acquiring new customers and expanding the client’s customer base. You’ll support daily operations, coach team members to meet goals, and help align efforts with broader business strategies. This role calls for a proactive leader with a passion for sales and team success.

Location: On-Site, Dublin 18

What Will You Do?

  • Assist in coaching and developing your sales team to meet/exceed sales quotas and client expectations

  • Collaborate with team and align with other leaders on the program to share best practices and resolve issues

  • Ensure consistent and effective communication sharing performance expectations

  • Assess current team processes, procedures, and outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement, and build / execute plans to implement

  • Utilize data and reporting tools to identify best practices, rep behaviour trends, gaps in revenue targets, and make recommendations to senior leadership to improve team and program performance through weekly reporting and formal business reviews

What Will You Need to Succeed?

  • Previous experience leading a sales team, coaching or sales mentorship

  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills

  • Experience building strong relationships, managing conflict, and leading by example

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, G Suite / Microsoft preferred

  • Track record of coaching and developing low performers to reach target attainment

  • Ability to understand data / reporting trends and identify opportunities

  • Adaptable and able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment

The pay for this position is basic salary per annum of €55,000 with an additional variable bonus component of €10,000. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
