Introduction:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Programs & Engagement Analyst to join our Talent Management team. This role supports the execution and continuous improvement of early and high potential career development programs plus the company’s employee listening strategy (surveys and pulse checks). It’s an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about people data, program operations, and employee experience who wants to learn and grow in Talent Management. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Program Support & Operations 

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering career development initiatives (HiPo, TAP, and rotational programs). 

  • Support program logistics including communications, participant tracking, event planning, and resource materials. 

  • Help manage cohort data (participant profiles, development assignments, milestones) and track progress against program goals. 

  • Coordinate with HRBPs, site leaders, and talent partners to ensure smooth program execution. 

Employee Listening & Insights 

  • Manage the operations of company surveys and pulses (e.g., ONEGF Survey, engagement pulses, onboarding feedback). 

  • Manage survey timelines, testing, distribution, and response monitoring. 

  • Partner with HR analytics and People leaders to prepare dashboards, summaries, and insights for leaders and managers. 

  • Help communicate results and action planning resources to different audiences. 

Data & Analytics 

  • Collect and maintain accurate data on program participation, career movement, and survey results. 

  • Use reporting tools to create simple dashboards, metrics, and insights that track talent program impact and employee sentiment. 

  • Identify trends and flag potential areas for improvement. 

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement 

  • Work closely with Talent Management leaders to refine programs and listening strategies. 

  • Suggest process improvements to make programs more scalable and data-driven. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). 

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR, talent management, workforce analytics, or program coordination (internships and project work count). 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, keep projects on track, and deliver results 

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets: Familiarity with survey or dashboard tools (Glint, Qualtrics, Workday, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. 

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate data into simple takeaways. 

  • Attention to detail: High accuracy and thoroughness in managing projects, data and reporting.
