We are looking for an HR professional to join our team as a Talent Partner in Madrid, Spain! The ideal candidate is someone who bring a wealth of experiences in proactive recruitment, building and managing talent pipelines, and someone who wants to continue to grow and expand their HR experience!
In this role, you will own the recruitment and hiring function for SEL in Europe and support other related functions including growing relationships with technical universities, strengthening our internship programs, facilitating a smooth onboarding process, benefits & leave administration, and supporting internal events like years of service and community outreach.
As a Talent Partner, a typical day might include the following:
Building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates fit for current or future positions in Europe.
Partnering with hiring teams to actively source and recruit, interview, and hire employees.
Administering onboarding processes including enrollments and benefits, payroll,
Support Human Resources training efforts.
Support internal team events and community outreach campaigns.
Other duties as assigned.
This job might be for you if:
You possess a B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources or related field
You have 2+ years of experience proactive recruiting in technical environments (electrical engineering is preferred)
Knowledge of employment law and legal hiring practices and procedures in Europe
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish including listening, interviewing and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical ability and problem resolution skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data
It would be nice if you have:
PHR and/or SHRM certification
