As Talent Manager at Aussie Broadband, you’ll lead the design and delivery of talent strategies that empower our people to grow and thrive. You’ll shape frameworks for succession planning, career pathways, and internal mobility, while championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll identify and develop high-potential talent, create programs that build a strong pipeline for future growth, and foster a culture of engagement and belonging. This role is pivotal in driving organisational effectiveness and ensuring our people feel supported, valued, and inspired.

  • A proven ability to design and implement programs like succession planning, guiding development, and career pathways. 

  • Strong project management skills and a consultative mindset. 

  • A genuine commitment to diversity and inclusion, with ideas for creating pathways for underrepresented talent. 

  • The ability to adapt and meet the business where it’s at, building maturity over time. 

  • A collaborative style that builds trust and drives positive change across all levels. 

  • A results-focused approach, with the ability to measure impact and continuously improve. 

How will you support our “Why?”

As our Talent Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Aussie Broadband by creating programs and practices that help our people thrive. You’ll guide initiatives that strengthen internal mobility, succession planning, and career development, while fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging. 

  • Develop and mature talent assessment frameworks, career pathways, and succession planning aligned to our strategic goals. 

  • Run internal mobility practices so our people have clear, supported pathways for growth. 

  • Design and implement diversity initiatives, including programs to build female talent pipelines. 

  • Partner with senior mentors to identify and nurture high-potential talent for long-term success. 

  • Collaborate closely with HR and capability teams to integrate talent development into broader business strategies. 

  • Use data and insights to tell meaningful stories about the impact of talent initiatives and refine approaches over time. 

  • Lead projects that enhance organisational effectiveness and create an engaging, high-performance culture.
