As a people champion and data-driven change leader, you’ll oversee end-to-end program lifecycle for learning solutions within your defined area of the business. From needs assessment to facilitation and evaluation to identify gaps and design scalable solutions. You’ll manage multiple learning priorities within the business, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and adapting to the evolving needs of AHEADians.
