About the role

In this role, you’ll be a trusted delivery partner to stakeholders across the business, building strong relationships to understand workforce needs and deliver impactful recruitment solutions. You’ll drive innovative strategies that attract and retain top-tier talent, enhance candidate and hiring manager experience, and contribute directly to delivering on current recruitment priorities and future organisational goals of building a future-ready workforce.
You’ll also play a key role in shaping recruitment best practice, championing diversity and inclusion, and driving continuous improvement across the full recruitment lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your expertise will directly influence strategic workforce planning and operational excellence
What you bring
· Advanced stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence and challenge senior leaders
· Expertise in sourcing strategies and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Workday), and recruitment analytics platforms
· Excellent candidate assessment capabilities, including CV and application review, and conducting telephone interviews
· Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers
· Skilled in using recruitment data and insights to inform decisions and produce relevant reports
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation
· Significant in-house recruitment experience, managing end-to-end processes for non-volume roles across diverse business areas
· Proven track record in strategic talent acquisition within large or complex organisations, including continuous improvement initiatives and employer brand promotion
· Understanding of organisational development and reward practices, with a commitment to inclusive and positive candidate experiences
