Department Overview

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our thriving and dynamic team at Motorola Solutions. The EMEA Talent Acquisition Organization supports all hiring countries in Europe, Middle East and ‎Africa – comprising nearly 40 possible hiring locations. The largest recruiting locations include Poland, the United Kingdom, and Portugal.
This role is based in Krakow, Poland, and is reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.‎


Job Description

Your role will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Setting up and executing recruitment strategies

  • Being the first point of contact for the business area/line managers

  • Managing the full life cycle of recruitment activities such as direct sourcing, consulting, negotiations, and on-boarding

  • Working proactively with HRBPs and business managers to understand recruitment needs and to formulate recruitment plans

  • Researching innovative recruitment strategies and developing creative solutions to generate high-quality CVs

  • Providing subject matter expertise to hiring communities around the total end-to-end staffing solution and market conditions

  • Coaching line managers on recruitment policies including selection process and interviewing techniques

  • Managing branding activities to increase MSI brand awareness locally and within the EMEA region.


Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in sales recruitment.

  • ‎Excellent communication skills‎

  • ‎Ability to work independently and efficiently‎

  • ‎Fluent English

  • ‎Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • ‎Passive candidate sourcing experience
