Responsibilities:
Recruit for assigned positions in Colombia and in the United States
Source candidates using all available means (i.e. internal referral sources, partner talent portals, Ansira Website career page submissions, LinkedIn searches, Indeed Searches, etc.)
Consistently follow all recruiting processes and tasks to ensure team members are properly screened and interviewed prior to skill-set consideration offers and paperwork
Implement tools and best practices to create an efficient time to hire process
Work closely with, and make recommendations to, hiring managers
Complete assigned tasks to properly on-board, train and support new team members to ensure a smooth transition to the team
Work with hiring managers to continually refine processes and outcomes
Maintain open and consistent communication on status of recruiting efforts
Help support the local HR team in office as needed
Requirements:
2-4 years of recruiting experience
Excellent communication and organization skills required in both English and Spanish
Strong networking skills
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
Excellent organization skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through
Strong initiative with good judgement
