Position Requirements
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist plays a critical role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing top clinical talent to support NAPA’s hiring goals. This position focuses on building strong candidate pipelines, actively sourcing passive candidates, and delivering qualified, engaged leads to the Senior Clinical Recruiter or BridgeCare Recruiter.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Actively source and engage passive candidates through creative outreach, networking, and market research strategies. Operate with a “hunt and gather” mentality, demonstrating persistence, creativity, and a strong sense of urgency in identifying top talent. Collaborate with the SWAT team to provide sourcing support for new sites, high-priority locations, and key accounts. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand evolving needs and deliver exceptional sourcing outcomes. Screen and assess potential candidates to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and interest level before presenting warm leads to the Senior Clinical Recruiter or BridgeCare Recruiter.
• Attend recruitment events and represent NAPA and/or Bridgecare to promote opportunities and build candidate pipelines, specifically early talent.
• Become a Phenom expert, utilizing the platform’s full capabilities for CRM management, talent analytics, and candidate nurturing. Leverage Phenom and other recruitment tools to optimize sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and pipeline tracking. Develop and maintain talent pipelines within the CRM (Phenom), ensuring candidate data is accurate, current, and organized for long-term recruitment success. Ownership of sourcing metrics and data, providing regular reporting and insights to improve sourcing performance and outcomes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 3 years of sourcing experience required, with a proven track record of success in proactive candidate identification and engagement.
• Strong communication, research, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-changing priorities.
• Experience using CRMs, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools (Phenom experience preferred).
• Ability to travel to recruitment events.
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience recruiting and/or sourcing Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and CAAs strongly preferred.
