Join MKS Inc as a Talent Acquisition (Senior) Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our Thailand team. You’ll lead the full recruitment cycle for Thailand and occasionally support hiring across other Asia regions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building strong partnerships, and finding the right talent to drive business success.

 

You’ll be based in Chatuchak, with regular travel to Asia Industrial Estate Suvarnabhumi to partner closely with business leaders and support operations across both locations.

 

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to fulfill the organization's staffing needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct recruitment activities across all levels, including executive-level positions, mid-level management, and entry-level roles.
  • Managing manpower outsourcing vendors and overseeing new project mass recruitment activities.
  • Strengthening partnerships with local higher educational institutions and polytechnics.
  • Attending campus recruitment events and organizing relevant STEM-related workshops or events to provide engineering opportunities across Thailand.
  • Driving employer branding campaigns to position MKS as an employer of choice in Thailand.
  • Keeping up with market trends and continuously improving recruitment processes through innovation and technology.
  • Acting as a true MKS brand ambassador, promoting our collaborative culture and shared values.

 

Skills You Bring: (Required Skills)

  • Tertiary education in a relevant field
  • 5-8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in an international or regional scope.
  • Experience in campus recruitment or mass hiring is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to manufacturing or engineering industries is highly advantageous.
  • Experience from agency or RPO environments will be valued.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Thai; additional languages (Malay, Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese) are an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding and digital sourcing strategies, with a passion for exploring new recruitment technologies.
  • Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and professional with strong integrity and confidentiality.
  • Energetic, curious, and passionate about continuous learning and growing your career in Talent Acquisition.
