About the Role

Workato is growing fast—and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner(6-month contract with potential for conversion) to help us hire exceptional talent during this exciting phase of scale. This role will focus primarily on Go-To-Market (GTM) functions—including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Operations—while also supporting technical hiring needs across regions.

You’ll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, bringing a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving, balanced with urgency, empathy, and creativity. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in global recruiting, thrives in complex systems, and consistently drives toward results without compromising Workato’s culture, values, or diversity goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and craft effective, data-driven recruiting strategies that align with Workato’s long-term goals.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

  • Build and nurture a diverse talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, market research, and creative engagement strategies across social and professional platforms.

  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication, structured feedback, and thoughtful process management.

  • Equip interviewers with clear evaluation criteria and structured interview guides to ensure consistency and compliance.

  • Use ATS data and metrics (TTF, TTH, etc.) to report progress, influence decisions, and continuously improve performance.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure hiring strategies are informed by market insights, competitive intelligence, and evolving business needs.

  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in every step of the recruitment process.

  • Represent Workato authentically and positively across all candidate and public interactions, strengthening our employer brand.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across both GTM and technical roles.

  • Proven experience recruiting globally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and data-driven recruiting tools.

  • Strong ability to analyze problems holistically—testing multiple approaches, balancing analysis with action, and driving measurable outcomes.

  • Systems thinking mindset: recognizes how organizational components interconnect and influences hiring with an understanding of broader business impact.

  • Excellent communication skills—able to structure information clearly, anticipate questions, and tailor delivery to varied audiences.

  • Demonstrated integrity and empathy; builds authentic relationships and handles sensitive information responsibly.

  • Reliable and self-directed; fulfills commitments with consistency and diligence.

  • High energy and a bias for action—comfortable moving forward amidst ambiguity, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Resilient and composed under pressure, able to navigate challenges thoughtfully and collaboratively.

  • Flexible and adaptive—willing to explore new methods, adjust strategies, and learn from feedback.

  • Commitment to continuous learning; proactively seeks insights and applies them to improve outcomes.

Preferred Experience

  • Recruiting in a SaaS or technology company.

  • Familiarity with Workato’s products, automation, or integration ecosystem.

  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams and partnering across time zones and cultures.
