About the Role 

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our RDT recruitment team, where you will play a pivotal role in building the future of the Veeam Data Cloud product. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, driving strategic hiring initiatives and attracting top-tier technical talent. Your expertise will directly shape high impact engineering teams, enabling innovative solutions that set new industry standards. What You’ll Do 
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing to offer acceptance 
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies 
  • Manage open positions in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness 
  • Interpret and use technical language to assess candidate qualifications and communicate effectively with stakeholders 
What You’ll Bring 
  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, with a focus on R&D or engineering roles
  • Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and other HR technologies
  • In-depth understanding of IT recruitment trends, market challenges, and industry best practices
  • Superior analytical abilities, enabling data-driven hiring decisions
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to understand and convey technical terminology
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills 
Bonus Skills 
  • University degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Passion for continuous learning, especially within the field of technical recruitment
  • Experience working with multiple HR or recruitment systems simultaneously
