Our Dedicated Skilled Nursing Facility (DSD SNF) program delivers high-quality dialysis services directly to patients in skilled nursing facilities, helping them receive life-sustaining care close to home.

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our DSD SNF Talent Acquisition team — someone passionate about connecting exceptional healthcare professionals with a purpose-driven organization.

What You’ll Do

As a Recruiter for DaVita’s DSD SNF program, you’ll play a key role in building strong teams of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) across our SNF locations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with hiring managers and clinical leaders to understand staffing needs and workforce goals.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for RN and PCT roles within DSD SNF operations.

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top nursing talent, including proactive outreach, networking, and social media engagement.

  • Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding in collaboration with HR and clinical leadership.

  • Maintain accurate candidate data in recruiting systems and ensure compliance with all hiring regulations and policies.

  • Represent DaVita’s culture and mission to “Be the Provider, Partner, and Employer of Choice” throughout the candidate experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical staffing.

  • Strong understanding of nursing roles and credentialing (RNs, PCTs, LPNs preferred).

  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $62,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour

Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
