We are seeking a Recruiter to join our DSD SNF Talent Acquisition team — someone passionate about connecting exceptional healthcare professionals with a purpose-driven organization.
What You’ll Do
As a Recruiter for DaVita’s DSD SNF program, you’ll play a key role in building strong teams of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) across our SNF locations.
Key responsibilities include:
Partner with hiring managers and clinical leaders to understand staffing needs and workforce goals.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for RN and PCT roles within DSD SNF operations.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top nursing talent, including proactive outreach, networking, and social media engagement.
Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding in collaboration with HR and clinical leadership.
Maintain accurate candidate data in recruiting systems and ensure compliance with all hiring regulations and policies.
Represent DaVita’s culture and mission to “Be the Provider, Partner, and Employer of Choice” throughout the candidate experience.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical staffing.
Strong understanding of nursing roles and credentialing (RNs, PCTs, LPNs preferred).
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
