About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at If, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes in close collaboration with hiring leaders. Your responsibilities will include recruiting for both IT/tech and business roles, as well as contributing to employer branding initiatives. Together, we aim to create a positive and inspiring candidate experience, ensuring the right person finds the right role.

One of our current TA Partners is going on an internal job rotation for a year. This position is therefore a temporary replacement from January 2026 until December 2026.

About the team

This role is part of the Tech & Specialist TA team, reporting to the Team Lead for Tech & Specialist TA. You will join a welcoming, skilled, and inclusive team that supports and motivates each other in daily work. The team consists of 9 TA Partners across the Nordics and Baltics, as well as 3 part-time coordinators. You will also be part of the larger TA organization, comprising over 20 dedicated TA professionals.

In addition to working closely with your HR colleagues, you will have daily interactions with hiring leaders, as well as key stakeholders from the business. who will support you in succeeding and growing in your role. As a key business partner, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the organization.

You also bring:

  • A university degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within IT/tech and business roles
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to optimize recruitment processes
  • Interest in and experience with HR systems and recruitment technologies
  • Fluency in either Finnish or Swedish, as well as English, both written and verbal

Work location: Primary location is Turku. Alternative locations could be Espoo or Bergshamra.
