Your new role Tech Talent Lead – 3-6 Month FTC
You will help shape the future of media by finding and bringing in the brightest talent across the Technology & Data landscape. As a 360 recruiter at Global, you'll deliver an exceptional hiring experience while partnering with stakeholders to recruit for Technology & Data within the business.
As a Tech Talent Lead at Global, you will:
Play a vital role in attracting and securing top talent, partnering closely with the business to shape hiring strategies that align with our ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruitment delivery (40%): Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a consistent and best-in-class experience for all applicants and candidates across critical business areas.
Stakeholder partnership & talent strategy (35%): Collaborate with senior leaders to understand hiring needs, build diverse talent pools for hard-to-fill and specialist roles, and provide strategic recruitment advice.
Employer brand & internal mobility (25%): Act as a brand ambassador for Global, promoting our EVP internally and externally, supporting training initiatives, and championing internal mobility.

What You’ll Need
Recruitment expertise: Demonstrable experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in- house, specifically within Data.
Stakeholder confidence: Strong relationship-building and consulting skills across different levels
Process driven: Experience with recruitment CRM/ATS systems and commitment to best practices
Impact focused: A drive to influence hiring quality and candidate experience at a strategic level
Diversity mindset: Passion for building inclusive teams and attracting talent from a wide range of backgrounds
