The Team :

The Talent Acquisition Data and Analytics Intern supports the recruitment function by leveraging data to drive strategic hiring decisions. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies, improve process efficiency, and enhance candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze data from ATS other recruitment platforms.
Maintain dashboards and reports on key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire etc).
Develop weekly and monthly reports for each manufacturing site in Europe/Asia
Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve recruitment strategies.
Support TA activities as needed
Present findings to stakeholders across HR and business units.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in 3rd level education and ready to pursue student placement as part of an undergraduate/masters program
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
Experience with ATS (e.g., Taleo, Workday) and HRIS systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
