Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Description

ACCEL Schools is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage the full recruiting lifecycle. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for recruiters and candidates on open positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing and maintaining accurate job postings and staffing files
Tracking and executing referrals and sign-on bonuses in a timely manner
Running audits to identify and correct data errors
Ensuring compliance and consistency across TA systems
Assign and update Greenhouse permissions for hiring managers
Assist in planning and registering for career fairs
Facilitate scheduling interviews between hiring managers and candidates internal applicant tracking system (ATS)
Maintain ATS to ensure all information is accurate and compliant, assisting hiring managers with the right access and instructions to navigate the platform
Drafts offer letters and ensures reference checks are complete
Ability to be a team player and proficient at working with multiple people at any given time
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling high volume candidate flow
Other duties as assigned

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree
1-3 years recruiting coordinator experience
Understanding of human resources principles
Experience working in an office environment and virtually (phone, email, web conference)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills including recruiting platforms and Microsoft office products (Outlook, Excel etc.)
Understanding of HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Time management skills
