POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer to serve as Advisor responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining standardized dashboards and visualizations that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, translate requirements into actionable insights, and ensure consistency and scalability in dashboard design.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations aligned with organizational standards.
Partner with business units to gather requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization across all Tableau assets.
Establish and promote best practices for dashboard design, data storytelling, and user experience.
Collaborate with Analytics and IT teams to ensure seamless data integration and governance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in Tableau development and dashboard design.
5+ years healthcare analytics experience.
Experience with client facing reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in a lead or senior analyst role preferred.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
