Your mission in the company

Your main responsabilities
Inside the Digital Agency Experience department and reporting to the Head of the department, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
Participation in refinement processes with the international Salesforce team and alongside other countries involved in the project.
Updating the backlog with improvement proposals from the agency network or based on your own initiative.
Organizing focus groups and functionality testing sessions with end users of the application (agency network). Your role will be to identify their needs before refining functionalities, and to test the final version to ensure it meets their expectations.
Ensuring quality of the deliverables provided to end users.
Driving user engagement with Salesforce through initiatives such as ambassador groups, incentive programs, etc.
In addition to contributing to the design of this app, you will also support the department’s core mission: improving the experience of all roles within the agency network. This includes:
Defining improvements in network processes and tools by identifying areas for optimization and proposing solutions.
Drafting requirements for new functionalities to be developed by the IT department and monitoring progress.
Participating in artificial intelligence projects for the network, both locally developed and those defined by the group, to be implemented in Spain during 2025–2026.
Who are we looking for?
Graduated in ADE, Marketing, Advertising or similar
At leas 2 years of experience in a similar role
Basic knowledge of Salesforce (FSC).
Analytical skills to identify end-user needs and propose innovative solutions.
Must be proficient in data extraction and processing (using Power BI, company data tables and repositories).
English level: C1. (mandatory for international projects)
